Our Energy Bars are packed with oats and contain a carefully designed, endurance-specific blend of multiple transportable carbohydrates consisting of oats, rice, glucose, sucrose and fructose from cranberries and raisins. They come in great chocolate and cranberry flavours and are an absolute treat to eat. They don't melt, they are moist without being chewy and the wrappers are very easy to open, even on a bike.

Developed by our sports scientists for athletes who prefer solid foods over gels, the use of multiple transportable sugars in our Energy Bars enables your body to metabolise the carbohydrate fuel much more effectively compared to a single-sugar fuel, e.g. glucose or fructose alone. This is mostly due to a more efficient uptake of multiple carbohydrates in your gut compared to a single source of sugars, which also makes our Energy Bars very easy to digest. The instant and sustained availability of carbohydrates in your blood resulting from this effect helps to spare your body's glycogen stores during prolonged exercise, which in turn helps delay the onset of fatigue and increase your exercise performance.
